• Finely vacuolated cytoplasm
• Enlarged pleomorphic nuclei
• Irregular nuclear contours
• Vesicular and irregular chromatin
• Prominent nucleoli, macronucleoli
• May have necrotic tumor diathesis (less prominent on LBP)
• May have a co-existing squamous lesion
