Features
• Liquid based
• Variably sized groups or clumps
• Polymorphous lymphocytes
• Lymphocytes may form predominant population
• Histiocytes
• May see tingible body macrophages
• Lack of nuclear pleomorphism
• Mature clumped chromatin in lymphocytes
• Squamous cells may show changes of repair and regeneration (see repair)
• The groups may mimic benign endometrium
