• Rare vascular tumor
• Soft tissue, bone, liver, lung
• Cords and nests and singly dispersed epithelioid cells
• Myxohyaline stroma
• Epithelioid cells with intracytoplasmic lumens (blister cells)
• Round to polygonal cells, may be spindled
• Cytoplasm dense
• Intracytoplasmic lumens may contain RBCs
• Nuclei large round to oval to bean shaped, eccentrically located
• Irregular nuclear membranes
• May have binucleation
• Fine to granular chromatin
• Visible nucleoli
• Myxohyaline stroma
• Mitosis rare
• IHC: CD31, CD34, factor VIII, FLI1 positive, may be focally positive for cytokeratin; EMA and S100 negative
• Mol: t(1;3) translocation may be present
